Tanya Spann Roche is an award-winning writer, producer, videographer, and non-linear editor (Avid and Final Cut Pro) with over 20 years of experience in film and video production. She has a BA in film theory and an MFA in film and video production. After working for employers such as Nickelodeon Studios Florida and the US Department of Justice, she created Think Speak Act, LLC, with her husband Mike to better serve the constantly evolving communication needs of businesses, organizations, and government agencies. Her background encompasses every element of production, from camera, lighting, and editing, to scriptwriting, directing, and producing. She has spoken for several years at the Government Video Technology Expo and has also served as adjunct faculty at the George Washington University Documentary Center.

Mike Roche is an award-winning videographer and audio engineer with over 25 years of television and media experience on a national and international level, working with numerous broadcast organizations, government agencies, and associations in the DC area. He and Tanya created Think Speak Act, LLC, in order to make holistic video production a reality for customers who need it done well and within budget.  He also volunteers as the chief engineer for WRYR 97.5, an environmental low-power FM radio station on the Chesapeake Bay.
