You (the “Licensee”) agree to the following terms of use set by Think Speak Act, LLC (the “Producer”) for one complimentary download of “Your Right To Lose,” a documentary of the March for Women’s Lives (the “Film”) provided free of charge by the Producer for use by the Licensee solely for non-profit screenings. By downloading the Film, you fully and irrevocably accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
RIGHTS GRANTED - The Licensee agrees that the Film is not to be distributed commercially and is not to be used for any fundraising purposes.  At no time shall the Licensee or any affiliated organization of the Licensee receive any compensation for the broadcast, display, performance or any other use of the Film.
The Producer shall own, from inception, all universe-wide rights (including the copyright) in perpetuity on the Film.
WARRANTIES AND INDEMNITIES - The Licensee hereby warrants, represents and agrees that the Licensee has the right, power and authority to enter into this agreement and to perform all of the terms and provisions hereof.  The Licensee shall indemnify and otherwise hold the Producer free and harmless from and against any and all liabilities, claims, demands, damages, costs, penalties and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs arising out of or resulting from any breach or claim of breach of Licensee's agreement, representations or warranties hereunder.
